    For more than forty years, Northwest Christian School (NCS) has distinguished itself in academics, athletics, and the arts. The amazing NCS faculty has worked tirelessly to partner with families in the battle for the hearts and minds of young people. Ephesians 2:10 tells us that our students are His workmanship and created for a unique purpose. Our highest aspiration is to help students recognize their purpose and understand that they are each “mission critical” in God’s plan.     At NCS, all new admissions are done by family interview. Re-enrollment can be completed online. Whether you are ready to apply to NCS or just need more information, please start here. 

    A detailed information packet or a “next step” email will be sent within two business days outlining additional documents needed (varies by grade) and testing and interview procedures, if applicable.

Enrollment Process

  • Step 1: Application & Fee

    Submit application & fee via your student's checklist. You will receive a confirmation email. *Application, testing, and registration fees are non-refundable. 

  • Step 2: Upload Required Documents

    Via each child's respective checklist, upload all required documents, send digital recommendations, and digitally sign required school forms. Requirements vary by age and program. Select "start" or "fill out" to begin a school form or recommendation. Please allow 1-3 business days for submitted items to be reviewed and marked complete. 

  • Step 3: Placement Testing (BY INVITE ONLY)

    Placement testing is BY INVITATION ONLY. It requires registration and payment of a $30 testing fee. The admissions team will send you an invitation to register and pay for placement testing once your child's checklist is complete with all documents and after an audit of space and a comprehensive review of the complete checklist has been finalized. Not all K-9th grade candidates will be invited to take the placement test due to space and other enrollment requirements. We offer in-person and online testing options. *Application, testing, and registration fees are non-refundable. 

  • Step 4: Family Interview

    Family interviews are scheduled for families with "ground" students entering P1-12 once all files are complete and space is confirmed. Due to waitlists and other factors, not all ground candidates will be invited for a family interview. Online, Flex, Frameworks and ‘A La Carte’ online students are not required to have an interview. A parent interview questionnaire is used for both Online and Flex students instead of a formal interview.
